Can I please have some advise on what I should do with this girl ?

I don't know if she likes me or not but this girl name loran well she use to give me signs like if she liked me at school and she knew I like her but she broking my heart so many times and well to tell you the truth me and her been Harment each other age 14-16 and we both went to court to fight it out which I won . 9 years later we both saw each other first time since court and she was with her boyfriend which I don't mind cause me and loran is like history and it would be mad if we start to see each other cause both side of family would hate it but soon she saw me she got overjoy and said my name then I stood there at the bottom of the steps and she stood on top of the steps then she was looking at me with like hate then she start to have abit of tears in her eyes then she was looking at me soft and couldn't look away then she as she walk towards me she was holding her boyfriend hand and to tell you the truth she was like into me alot more and was kept on looking in my eyes and I don't know I just had the feelings off like shes into me " you know what I mean like if you know deep down" but i'm not sure what would you done and what do you think I know I need to say sorry to her yet for what I did on my behalf
