Help! I messed up how my operating system handles executable files!?

I tried to download Google Video Player on Windows 98. The internet disconnected so the download failed. On my desktop it showed an icon of a page with the Windows Logo on it. I right clicked it and it said "open with". I chose Dr. Watson so I could see what was wrong, but the always use this program to open this type of file box was checked. I tried downloading Netscape Navigator 9 and it only opens with Dr. Watson! How do i fix this? Rember i have Windows98.
