I cant remember the name of this comedy where someone sung 'Oh, night divine'?

I've had this stuck in my head for the longest and I need help. All I remember about the movie was that it was a comedy. I remember the point in the movie where someone was singing "Oh, night divine" And I remember the Divine word was stretched in a humerous way. I thought it was will ferrell in Stepbrothers at the catalina wine mixer but I went back and it was a different song. Anyone has a clue what im talking about???
