Should i file for child support or try and do it without going to that?

He sounds like s and you are better off without him, but I say file for Child Support and sole custody. A piece of sh*t like that doesn't even deserve to see their child. Take 1/2 of what he has, or all of it if you can, if you have proof he was cheating, there's no possible way you can lose.
