Why do Liberals blame bush for:?

That he was reading a book to kindergartners on 9/11. When he was told that we were attacked, he finished the book and then left after 10 minutes. What did you expect him to do, jump up yelling, "Oh my god, we've been attacked by terrorists." How would you feel if the President told you we were being attacked and you were like 7?
