Taillight fuse blown after replace, b4 that hapened i replace the factorycetteplayer to cdplayer, any help?

taillight fuse blown after replace, before that hapened i replace the factory cette player to cdplayer, the cd player works perfectly all lights working except for tail, instrument and park lights.... so any idea whats happening here im guessing i got short somewhere on my cd player cables ??
