Is evermore a good book to read?

My friend read the book. She really liked it, but she didn't like that in parts, it was an exact replica of other vampire books. If it doesn't bother you that it will have the same theme of boy meets girl, one's a vampire, one can't read the other's thoughts, then definitely go for it. She thinks it was worth reading except for that. Good Luck ♥
