Is this a good weight gain workout?

NO this routine is terrible,if you want to gain m,you have to separate your body parts,work your arms(biceps triceps)one day your shoulders the next,back,chest,legs,separate them do 4-5 exercises for each part 3-4 sets 8-12 reps,eat a high protein diet,6-8 small meals keep your cardio to a minimum.
