Japanese straight perm?!?! please help me and answer this question =))?

ok so i want to get a Japanese straight perm done on my hair. i think it would really work because i have frizzy and unmanageable hair. (and no i'm not black, people just guess that when i describe my hair type) ok so i've been researching them and they seem really cool but they are very very pricey. i was wondering if any body knows a good place where i could get a Japanese straight perms done in the Chicago area and how much they cost. please help me thanks for taking the time to answer this question. =)
