Should I take advantage of a state program where I can pursue a free MBA instead of going to an IVY League?

Since I was laid off from my job, I qualified for a state program where I can attend a public university to complete an MBA in management technology and 90% of the tuition costs would be covered. While the state university is not considered one of the top 100 MBA programs in the nation, Princeton Review did include this school in its list of America's top 380 MBA programs. I had my heart on attending NYU, which would require me to get school loans to cover the $100,000 total tuition cost. The high ticket price for an NYU education would guarantee employment opportunities at excellent companies and my pay after graduation would be over $90,000. Conversely, an MBA from the state university would potentially open doors at small to medium sized companies with a starting pay ranging from 60,000 to 75,000. Should I take advantage of the state program or pursue my MBA at my dream school?
