Truck Driving as a career?

I am turning 18 and when i get out of high school i want to immediately go into truck driving. I was looking into going to drive for Schneider. Can anyone tell me about this career? Do you like it? Is schneider a good company? Is there any way for an 18 year old to get a career in truck driving?
