What the hell is going on with the Nani from Lilo & Stitch clothes questions?

I seem to see this question CONSTANTLY on different sections by different people. And then today, somebody named Hilda asks it and then one called Mary, exactly the same way. Look at their profiles. They're obviously the same person and they've asked it liek 4 times each. Is this some kind of bizzare pointless propaganda?
