Do I have less premed cles if I take the Humanities and Medicine Early Acceptance Program at Mount Sinai?

After the service I'm planning to triple major in Political Economy(Political Science and Economics) along with Psychology at Columbia University while also planning to go to med school at Mt.Sinai and becoming a psychiatrist(don't worry,I'm doing the majors out of my own academic interest knowing full well that med schools don't give a damn about your major,and yes political science and economics cles do overlap a lot).But to my question,if I opt for this program my sopre year do my pre med requirements really turn into a meager 3 years of organic chemistry,physical chemistry,and biology?All for an eight week summer program my junior year?Excuse me if I sound unprofessional for a moment,but that sounds........Godly.Along with actually doable,given my triple major.Is there a catch in any of this?Thank you all for your help/answers in advance.
