My dog has had diaria and we dont know what its from. Can you help?

My dog has had diaria for the past two days and hasnt pooped normal since. She is always wineing and has to poop alot. She is acting normal and is hypor and playfull but when shes not playing she sits on the couch and wines. It is runny and and yellow and sometimes has green in it and it looks a bit like throw up. But i just dont see what could be the problem because her food is fine and she likes it alot. Could it be the bones or treats that we are giving her or mabe the food?
