Does anyone know of any good letting agencies in Brighton UK?

Im moving soon and I hate going through letting agencies. They are awful, I am with leaders at the moment and they are shockingly bad. Too many fees and not enough service in my opinion. But alas, I will need to rent soon and private landlords are not too much better or easy to find. Any semi decent property management companies around Brighton/Hove? --thanks in advance
