I am looking to get back in blackjack dealing in West Virginia.?

I have 4 years experience in dealing blackjack, and carnival games. I am looking for a job in West Virginia at either Mountaineer or Wheeling Island Casino. I was just wondering if anyone knew how much those dealers made with their hourly wage, and what the toke rate is usually. And which one is a better place to work in and the cost of living. Is it better in Wheeling or in Chester? I would appreciate only serious replies only. I am looking for an idea on which one is better, and the location. Please no wise cracks. If any dealer or employee at those casinos could give me some info. I would appreciate it.Thank you
